Meaford Harbour 5km Run/Walk/Stroll

A Great Success
The Meaford Harbour 5 km Run/Walk/Stroll was a great success with the addition of On Line Registration and Electronic Chip Time Results added for the 2010 event.
Over 250 runners, walkers and strollers registered with 1/3rd of those pre-registered on line. Funds raised are still being tallied and will be posted soon.
Meaford's own Alysha Hooper won the women's division in a time of 18:48 and Jordan Collison of Southampton won the men's side in a time of 16:11. Joanne Barber of Owen Sound was the first woman walker to finish in a time of 32:15 with Bryn Evans of Meaford winning the men's walk in 37:17.
